കൊണാട്ട് പ്ലേസ് - മിന്റോ റോഡ് ജങ്ഷനിൽ നിന്നാണ് രാംലീലാ മൈതാനത്തേക്കുള്ള ഇന്ത്യ മുന്നണിയുടെ മാർച്ച് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. വൻ ജനപങ്കാളിത്തം കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് 10,000-ത്തോളം പൊലീസുകാരെയും അർധസൈനിക വിഭാഗങ്ങളെയും ഡൽഹിയിൽ സുരക്ഷയ്ക്കായി വിന്യസിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. പ്രദേശത്ത് 250 സിസിടിവി ക്യാമറകളും സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. റാലിയുടെ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ രാംലീലാ മൈതാനത്തിന് ചുറ്റുമുള്ള വലിയ വാഹനങ്ങളുടെ ഗതാഗതത്തിന് ഡൽഹി ട്രാഫിക് പൊലീസ് കർശന നിയന്ത്രണം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
